Responsibilities included the execution and review of all fire protection engineering deliverables such as firewater distribution and deluge system (layout and hydraulics), firewater pumps, layout of fire-fighting and life saving equipment, egress analysis, fire & gas detection and notification system layout, and safety studies such as Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA), dropped object study, turbine gas dispersion modelling, fire & explosion analysis (FEA), and HAZOP. In addition, Orcus Fire & Risk, Inc. developed all fire fighting equipment and life saving appliance data sheets and specifications, along with supporting with vendor requisition packages.
