Fire & Safety Systems – Fire protection and engineering company responsible for the execution of a hydraulic surge analysis of the firewater distribution and foam suppression systems at the Papua New Guinea LNG facility.
BP PIPELINES – Fire protection engineering and consulting company designing low expansion foam systems, firewater distribution systems, and fire alarm and detection systems, and updating emergency response plans for truck loading racks and storage tanks for multiple locations across the United States.
REFICAR – Fire protection engineering and process safety consulting company responsible for the design and specification of all water based and non water based fire protection systems, fire and gas system, hydraulic models, gas dispersion analysis, safety studies (PHA and HAZOP), fire hazard drawings, passive protection, and acceptance testing for $4 billion upgrade (15 process units) of refinery located in Cartagena, Colombia.
PETRO STAR – Fire protection engineering and consulting company responsible for the design and specification of overall firewater system, fire and gas system, and passive protection of refinery located in Valdez, AK.
BP TERMINALS – Fire protection engineering and consulting company responsible for radiant heat modeling (PHAST) of tank farm to determine worst case firewater scenario and emergency response at fuels terminal located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
SHELL – Fire Protection engineering and consulting company responsible for the design and specification of firewater distribution system addition and low expansion foam system protecting rail loading/unloading area at the Shell Puget Sound Refinery located in Anacortes, WA.
PETROBRAS – Fire protection engineering and consulting company responsible for the inspection and testing of all fire protection systems in five (5) refineries located in São Paulo, Brazil.
Petrobras Downstream – Fire Protection Engineering and consulting company responsible for audit of thirteen (13) existing facilities as it relates to fire protection systems and emergency response capabilities. Additionally, the Orcus Fire & Risk, Inc. team executed a project audit for three (3) new refinery facilities located throughout Brazil, which included COMPERJ, RNEST, Refinaria Premium I & II.
